FUNDING REQUESTS

Reminders:

• All funding requests must be submitted through this Google Form.

• This form is for PTO Fund requests and Student Resource Team requests.

• Requests will be reviewed by the PTO during the monthly meeting, held during the second or third week of the month. (This means, depending on when you submit your request, that it can be four to five weeks before a request can be approved.)  

• You will be notified by a PTO board member about whether your request is approved or not.
