COUGAR DASH 2023

The 2nd annual Kromrey Cougar Dash will take place during school hours on

Friday, May 12th, 2023.

This run/walk is a school-wide event that encourages the students to move and have fun, while also raising money for the Kromrey PTO. The PTO pays for many vital programs at Kromrey, and your support of this event is a great way to show your commitment to Kromrey.

The students will walk or run around the designated course by grade throughout the day, and we will keep track of the number of laps they complete by marking their race bibs.

In order to make this event a success, we will need your help! Please consider volunteering to help mark students’ race bibs, guide students through the course, etc., and cheer them on.

The PTO will also be selling Kromrey Spirit Wear (pajama pants, hoodies, t-shirts, and beanie hats) at the event. Cash, check, and PayPal will be accepted. Visit our Spirit Wear page for more information!

What will your donation be used for?

Here are just a few examples of what the Kromrey PTO does:

Supports all students in band and orchestra by paying their annual state music association dues;
Provides sports equipment for gym classes;
Holds monthly staff appreciation events for our hardworking Kromrey team;
Grants individual teachers’ requests for classroom project supplies;
Funds the 6th grade social studies American Players Theater Greek play experience;
Provides school supplies, winter coats and boots, toiletries, and snacks to students who otherwise would go without
